Indian Names

There are many factors or naming conventions to be considered when talking about Indian names; they vary from region to region and they are influenced by religion and caste. We should also consider the fact that India’s population speaks a wide variety of languages and nearly every major religion in the world has a substantial following in India.

Hence, there appears a subtle, sometimes confusing difference in Indian names and naming styles. In Tamil, for instance, people did not have a second name till the rule was enforced by the legal systems in order to reduce the occurrence of the name clashes.

Indian Kokopelli
An interesting characteristic of the Indian names results from the fact that, the official name and the birth name are not the same; the birth name begins with a letter which is considered lucky on the basis of a person’s horoscope. Some children are given three names: a given name, a second given name, and a family name. For the communities that do not use the family names the third name is replaced by a god’s name, or the grandfather’s or grandmother’s name, depending on the sex of the child. Indian names, especially Hindu names, are closely connected with the caste system.

Thus, for Hindus belonging to the upper castes, the gotra or the name of the first known ancestor is preserved in the person’s name and lineage. Two people bearing the same gotra cannot get married, since they are supposed to be related filially. Some Indian family names can be place names or caste name.

Influenced by religion, an Indian name in the Hindu community will be comprised of a given name, may have or have not a second name, and a family name. After getting married, a Hindu woman usually takes on her husband’s family names or, in communities which do not use a family name, the husband’s given name. For more info see SuperWorldGuide

Thus, in South India if a married woman’s name is Sudha Ramesh, this means that Sudha is married to Ramesh. One other strange situation is the change of both the woman’s names after marriage if the husband wishes so. The Indian names for the Sikh community differ from the other religious communities’ names by the fact the Sikh men all use Singh (meaning lion-hearted) as a suffix to their names and Sikh women use Kaur (meaning princess).

Stress Relief Via Yoga

Stress is a conventional and general feedback of the body that cannot be predicted and this happens in difficult situations. The main purpose of stress is preparing the body for various physical deeds. However, if a individual dearth the power to fight the strain, then firstly getting relieved from the pressure is basic as anxiety rouses agony that results in psychosomatic illness or symptoms. Yoga meditation considers pressure as discrepancy and this is misery as the physical and mental levels are at disproportionate pace. People under anxiety find it worrying as they have endless tangible or emotional strain and this leads to anger, dissatisfaction and tension. This prolonged state of stress turns to become dangerous and they become very restless.
People try to lead a fruitful life by meeting their norms of the society and expectations, but are challenged with accumulating strain. However, in the effort to meet the values of living, the individual takes no notice of his worries, problems and anxieties leading to tension. As man thinks and acts quickly, than the earlier times, he has reached great levels. His activities have achieved so much force that the organism is unable to cope with it and is making the personal emotionally hypersensitive. The contemporary man tries to solve the problems and reduce his pressure by resorting to drinking, smoking, drugs or sex. He attempts to cling to such ways of resolving anxiety. To a great extent this is often leading to failures and the amount of split-ups is regularly cumulative. In fact, it is observed that great personalities who have high expectations face more strain.Yoga relaxation is the best way to reduce stress and being the oldest ways of reducing tension, it is widely accepted. Yoga relaxation techniques and tension reduction work good in association. Stress can be reduced by Yoga as Yoga is a practice that all in all structures your mind.
Regular practice of Yoga teaches you to remain calm and to look things in a different angle. As your mind becomes calm, the muscles, joints and bones are tranquil. This relaxed state of mind aids in accomplishing you work easily. People doing Yoga relaxation techniques are good in work execution and produce enhanced quality. Each person who undergoes pressure has to concentrate and has to allocate some time for slackening so that he is able to reduce strain and function normally.
Techniques are of course helpful but these are just a matter of front if you can’t apply it. The best way still is to have your own yoga techniques that will help you go through the process successfully.

So how do you stay calm, composed and maintain self esteem in a tough environment? Here are some tips you may to consider as a starter guide to self improvement.

Imagine yourself as a Dart Board. Everything and everyone else around you may become Dart Pins, at one point or another. These dart pins will destroy your self esteem and pull you down in ways you won’t even remember.

Negative Work Environment

Beware of “dog eat dog” theory where everyone else is fighting just to get ahead. This is where non-appreciative people usually thrive. No one will appreciate your contributions even if you miss lunch and dinner, and stay up late. Most of the time you get to work too much without getting help from people concerned. Stay out of this, it will ruin your self esteem. Be healthy enough to compete, but in a healthy competition that is.

Other People’s Behavior

Bulldozers, brown nosers, gossipmongers, whiners, backstabbers, snipers, people walking wounded, controllers, naggers, complainers, exploders, patronizers, sluffers… all these kinds of people will pose bad vibes for your self esteem.

Changing Environment

You can’t be a green bug on a brown field. Changes challenge our paradigms. It tests our flexibility, adaptability and alters the way we think. Changes will make life difficult for awhile, it may cause stress but it will help us find ways to improve our selves. Change will be there forever, we must be susceptible to it.

Past Experience

It’s okay to cry and say “ouch!” when we experience pain. But don’t let pain transform itself into fear. It might grab you by the tail and swing you around. Treat each failure and mistake as a lesson.

Negative World View

Look at what you’re looking at. Don’t wrap yourself up with all the negativities of the world. In building self esteem, we must learn how to make the best out of worst situations.

Determination Theory

The way you are and your behavioral traits is said to be a mixed end product of your inherited traits (genetics), your upbringing (psychic), and your environmental surroundings such as your spouse, the company, the economy or your circle of friends. You have your own identity. If your father is a failure, it doesn’t mean you have to be a failure too. Learn from other people’s experience, so you’ll never have to encounter the same mistakes.

Sometimes, you may want to wonder if some people are born leaders or positive thinkers. NO. Being positive, and staying positive is a choice. Building self esteem and drawing lines for self improvement is a choice, not a rule or a talent. God wouldn’t come down from heaven and tell you – “George, you may now have the permission to build self esteem and improve your self.”

In life, its hard to stay tough specially when things and people around you keep pulling you down. When we get to the battle field, we should choose the right luggage to bring and armors to use, and pick those that are bullet proof. Life’s options give us arrays of more options. Along the battle, we will get hit and bruised. The kind of change which comes from within. Voluntarily. Armor or Self Change changes 3 things: our attitude, our behavior and our way of thinking.

Building self esteem will eventually lead to self improvement if we start to become responsible for who we are, what we have and what we do. Its like a flame that should gradually spread like a brush fire from inside and out. When we develop self esteem, we take control of our mission, values and discipline. Self esteem brings about self improvement, true assessment, and determination. So how do you start putting up the building blocks of self esteem? Be positive. Be contented and happy. Be appreciative. Never miss an opportunity to compliment. A positive way of living will help you build self esteem, your starter guide to self improvement.

Get Now the Free Road Map to Law of Attraction

As one of my private students advised me, in fact something that I had written in my first Cosmic Ordering book, ?Cosmic Ordering Guide?, that I should always have an air of expectancy! So well done to them for reminding me of my very own teachings. This is something you MUST have about you if you are going to become a winner. Even in a situation where you are up against it, always have this air of expectancy, always know you are winner and you WILL be a winner.

Let me show you the power of words by use of a story.

There once was a wise sage who wandered the countryside. One day, as he passed near a village, he was approached by a woman who told him of a sick child nearby. She beseeched him to help this child.

So the sage came to the village, and a crowd gathered around him, for such a man was a rare sight. One woman brought the sick child to him, and he said a prayer over her.

“Do you really think your prayer will help her, when medicine has failed?” yelled a man from the crowd.

“You know nothing of such things! You are a stupid fool!” said the sage to the man.

The man became very angry with these words and his face grew hot and red. He was about to say something, or perhaps strike out, when the sage walked over to him and said: “If one word has such power as to make you so angry and hot, may not another have the power to heal?”

And thus, the sage healed two people that day.

That is the power of words, never underestimate what words can do for you.

As I say in my ?Cosmic Ordering Guide book?, work within your capabilities and build on this, do not go straight for lumps of gold and piles of cash. They will come your way, but not before you have applied yourself to the smaller Orders. This story epitomises what I mean.

Many years ago three soldiers, hungry and weary of battle, came upon a small village. The villagers, suffering a meagre harvest and the many years of war, quickly hid what little they had to eat and met the three at the village square, wringing their hands and bemoaning the lack of anything to eat.

The soldiers spoke quietly among themselves and the first soldier then turned to the village elders. “Your tired fields have left you nothing to share, so we will share what little we have: the secret of how to make soup from stones.”

Naturally the villagers were intrigued and soon a fire was put to the town’s greatest kettle as the soldiers dropped in three smooth stones. “Now this will be a fine soup”, said the second soldier; “but a pinch of salt and some parsley would make it wonderful!”

Up jumped a villager, crying “What luck! I’ve just remembered where some have been left!” And off she ran, returning with an apronful of parsley and a turnip. As the kettle boiled on, the memory of the village improved: soon barley, carrots, beef and cream had found their way into the great pot, and a cask of wine was rolled into the square as all sat down to feast.

They ate and danced and sang well into the night, refreshed by the feast and their newfound friends. In the morning the three soldiers awoke to find the entire village standing before them. At their feet lay a satchel of the village’s best breads and cheese. “You have given us the greatest of gifts: the secret of how to make soup from stones”, said an elder, “and we shall never forget.” The third soldier turned to the crowd, and said: “There is no secret, but this is certain: it is only by sharing that we may make a feast”. And off the soldiers wandered, down the road.

The soldiers just started out small, within the bounds of what they had. There was no shame in working with just a few basic things, but soon an abundance came their way, and that is how you must use Cosmic Ordering ?good luck.

Happiness is actually found in everyone. However, as the time goes by, as a matured adult, we find it increasingly difficult to win back our happiness.

The fact is happiness has never eluded you. All along, it has been hidden deep inside you. You just failed to recognize it, that’s all.

Abraham Lincoln observed that we humans have the ability to decide how happy or how stressed, how relaxed or how troubled we want our lives to be.

Since you are reading this, your choice is already very clear. This is how we choose to be happy. You choose to be happy today!

And to aid you in your quest to acquiring your happiness, here are some simple choices which you can make to you stumbling upon happiness:

Stumbling Upon Happiness – Pick 1

Showing gratitude is an attitude. By sincerely demonstrating gratitude to the countless wonderful things in life, not only will you help yourself focus more on the positive events, which in turn make the Law of Attraction works in your favor.

Take some time every night to write down at least 10 things which you are grateful for today. Try to include different people you meet in the day and recall what they have done to help you better yourself. Do not write the same events as what you have written in the previous days.

Stumbling Upon Happiness – Pick 2

If you are addicted to news and is finding it hard to start your day without your daily dosage of news, then it is probably time to get less of it. Think of the news you read about in the newspapers or reported in the various medias today. Are the majority of them good news or bad news? The truth is 99% of what we read or see is negative news. Obviously, if you choose to stay happy, you will not want to start your day filling your mind with negativity, will you?

Stumbling Upon Happiness – Pick 3

Time management is not only useful in making you more productive in your work. It can also contribute greatly to your happiness. Unlike money, time is something that we can never earned back no matter what we do. By learning how to manage your time well, you will become more productive and accomplish more in your life. In any case, your happiness does come from your accomplishments, don’t they?

Stumbling Upon Happiness – Pick 4

Put back the long lost laughter and smile back into you. Smile to other people when you see them. Thank them with a wide smile and you will be answered back with one too.

Stumbling Upon Happiness – Pick 5

Maintain good relationships with other people. Part of your happiness comes from being able to express your feelings and affections to other people. Keep an open mind when discussing difficult issues with others and try to understand others in their viewpoint. Refrain from forcing your ideas and beliefs onto others.

To stay happy, stay in love!

What’s important is not how we choose to be happy, rather we have made the choice to be happy.

Ajna Chakra

Third Eye Chakra – centre of forehead – connects us to our unconscious Self, and gives us the experience of being part of the whole Universe. Helps to boost intuition, imagination, psychic powers, and increases dream activity, increases stability and rational thought and actions; decreases blood pressure and impulsiveness. Increases psychic ability and spirituality; decreases aggression and insomnia.

Under its control are: pituitary, pineal glands, spinal cord, eyes, ears and sinuses – particularly beneficial in treating cataracts, glaucoma and various eye problems. Works on: purification of the blood and of the mind, ear and nose complaints, diseases of the lungs, asthma, infantile convulsions and mental complaints. Balances the mind, removes stress and tension, helps stop endless inner dialogues and fights with all kinds of obsessions.

Anahatha Chakra

Heart Chakra – centre of chest – expression of spiritual feelings. Strengthens finance, luck and energy; reduces claustrophobia, indecisiveness and anxiety. Works for the heart, lungs, diaphragm, breasts, circulation, breath – stimulates pituitary gland, encourages muscle and tissue building, and breaks up hardened cell masses and clots. It is anti-congestive, germicidal, disinfectant and purifying. Use this card for faithfulness, acceptance, hope, harmony, balance and generosity.

Earth Star Chakra

This chakra is located approximately 150 to 300 millimetres below the soles of the feet and locks your energies into a harmonious relationship with the planet and anchors the body into the time and space coordinates of the planet. The Earth Star is made of four major quadrants ? earth, air, fire and water. Each element supplies elemental energy up into the body?s chakra system and aligns all of your major chakras. The major function of the Earth Star is to secure the aura in the physical dimension and keep you grounded.

Your Earth Star goes out of alignment due to some great trauma or shock; usually issues like: death, divorce, desertion, moving house, etc will affect your energy system.

Elbow (left) Chakra

These lay down the tracks that you drive on, and store them when not in use. These chakras, on either side of the elbows, are similar in purpose to the Knee Chakras. There are very open when a person puts his or her hands together in prayer. In fact, the prayer state-bent knees, palms together (bent elbows), and lowered head-opens the devotional chakra and allows great openness to higher, more spiritual realms. The body joins in the prayer with its energy, enhancing the spiritual connection.

Blocked elbow chakras lead to great self-centeredness. The colours for this are yellow gold in colour. Complimenting crystal is rose quartz. This chakra governs and is the zone of feelings toward home and family issues. Chakras, one in each elbow, are connected to the second and third chakras. Elbow chakras are located on the inside point of the elbow; their task is to accept and limit our relations. Disturbances in these chakras show as an inability to say ?yes? or ?no?. The left elbow chakra controls our emotional perseverance and the right our intellectual perseverance. When someone has problems lifting at the elbow it means they have problem in lifting things in other areas of consciousness also.

Elbow (right) Chakra

The left elbow chakra controls our emotional perseverance, and the right our intellectual perseverance.

When the arm is stretched straight out to the side horizontally, palm up, “I am a way to the Promised Land. I try to get you to use this route, but you seldom pay any attention to me.” Contains a guide to where you want to go for what you are learning. It is the future of your path planned out. Both at the inner and outer elbows there are minor chakric points. The elbow chakric points are associated with one’s ability to be ‘flexible’ and there is also a relation to that of ‘ego boundaries’. There is also an aspect of consciousness associated with these areas of the body. You area of the elbows where the arm falls is located in the Solar Plexus Chakric region.

The fact is, all of us are and have been wounded on some or other level. This has resulted in a block in the flow of Cosmic Light through our knee and elbow chakras – two vital chakra sets linked to our ability to flow with life and be flexible. The elbows govern our barriers regarding relationships. The front of the foot connects to the knees and elbows in coordination with the physical body, this is how diverse the chakra system is. Never take locations for granted.

Muladhara Chakra

This chakra, also known as the Root Chakra, is located at the base of spine, at the tailbone. It is connected to the secondary chakras in your feet, and is associated with the adrenal glands. It is your link to Earth and forms your perception of reality. Basic survival and sexual energy is handled in this, the first chakra, and it can give you sudden bursts of strength and energy when you need it.

Has been known to escalate the body’s metabolism with vibrance. Use for: abscesses, anaemia, baldness, blood deficiency, low blood pressure, boils, bone diseases, circulatory diseases, colds, colic, coma, constipation, coughing, deafness, fatigue, flatulence, goitre, fainting, heart trouble, hay fever, haemorrhoids, indigestion, insomnia, irritability, lassitude, obesity, worms, pallor, adrenal, endocrine problems and gas.

Then gazing through this card, visualize the colour red being drawn up from the Earth through the soles of the feet to the various organs. Allow your own energy to flow from front to back. Notice what you experience. Release any non-beneficial energy down your grounding. A balanced Root Chakra leads to physical vitality.

Has control over: sensory nervous system, blood circulation, sympathetic nervous system and left cerebral brain. This chakra is located higher in the female body (between the ovaries) than it is in the male body.

Nose Chakra

Nose Chakra is the centre of expectorant energy.

The pingala channel is the carrier of solar energy. It is full of heat and drive. It begins on the right hand side of the Root Chakra and ends in the upper area of the right nostril.

The ida channel is the carrier of the cool and calming lunar energy. It begins on the left hand side of the Root Chakra and ends in the left nostril.

These two channels wind their way around the sushumna from the Root Chakra to the nose, meeting at the 6th chakra and polarizing each of the chakras in between, thus contributing to their spin. The Third Eye (forehead) Chakra belongs to the brain, face, nose, eyes, etc.

In the Old Path deck, this key is called ?The Guide? and guides lead the way and so do our noses!

If you are born with a LEFT hand dominance, all of that will be reversed.

Also, if a naturally left-handed person is forced (in childhood) to use her/his right hand as dominant hand, we see that the spin direction of the Right Palm Chakra is opposite to the spin direction of the Right Foot Chakra.

To activate the palm chakras perform one or more of the following steps: use intention or tactical awareness. Otherwise press your right thumb down onto your left palm for a few seconds and then do the same with your left thumb on your right palm to force your awareness to your palms.

Palm (right) Chakra

As you might expect, the Palm Chakras are located in the centre of each palm. Radiates compassion and unconditional love energy only. As a general rule, universal energy flows upward through our Sole Chakras and downward through our Crown Chakras, then out through our Palm Chakras. Probably the most important Chakra after the seven major Chakras is the Palm Chakra. Our Palm Chakras can become more and more sensitive over time. As you use them to scan your body or the bodies of other people, you will notice you are more easily able to detect energy imbalances or blockages.

These chakras transmit healing energy and receive energetic information from the universe. The palm chakras are used to channel healing energies to yourself and others and to receive impressions of the energy. Activation and awareness of these chakras makes a major difference in the quality of life. They can often be opened by intention.

Tne way to unblock a chakra is once you have a strong energy flow through your palm chakras and fingertips, place your hand over whatever chakra you feel needs more energy and relax. Direct the energy into the selected chakra for anywhere from 5-15 minutes. A warm or burning sensation in the chakra during and afterward, indicates the chakra is receiving the energy.

This is not the ultimate knowledge about Cosmic Ordering and neighbor fields like kundalini yoga poses.

Sahasrara Chakra

The seventh of the primary chakras, also known as the Crown Chakra – located at the top of the cranium: suppresses appetite, provides a peaceful environment, relieves tension, and is good for migraines. Also promotes: inner strength, wisdom, kindness, artistic talent and creativity. Governs brain, nerves, soul energy. Forms spiritual awareness, divine energy. Only the Root, Solar Plexus and Crown Chakra are able to access and receive energies from the Higher Self.

Visualize the Crown Chakra and ask the Universe for energy to flow down through your Crown Chakra. As the energy flows into your Crown Chakra, visualize it entering your bloodstream through the arteries and permeating the cells of your entire body. If you have a specific problem you wish to work on, you can ask for the energy to infuse that particular area of the body.

The body listens to every thought you think, so just by stating what you want, it will happen. Every positive thought you have, takes the body to higher levels of consciousness. This is the time to get plugged to the Cosmic Ordering knowledge.

Shoulder Chakra

The shoulders (strength) – considered as one chakra not two, and shoulders hold the consciousness of responsibility. You know this as a kinaesthetic experience. When you are feeling overburdened your shoulders get tense. The pathological consciousness, or unhealthy expression of shoulders, is when one perceives responsibilities as burdens. That the responsibilities are creating major stress. Key words to express this: feelings of restriction, desire for freedom, resentment of life situations.

Which consciousness matches what you feel in your body when you think of the word ?responsibility?? The natural one which is just the natural flow of energy, or the pathological one which presents as tension? There is a channel of energy which is often closed in most modern humans that connects this chakra to another chakra on the left shoulder. The Shoulder Chakra, though rarely if ever mentioned, is critical as it is a favourite point of entity attachment. Addictions often have their roots in, and can be effectively cleared up by working with, the Shoulder Chakra.

Sole (left) Chakra

The normal spin direction of the Feet Chakras depend on what is naturally your dominant hand. If you are born with a RIGHT hand dominance, then the natural spin direction of your Right Sole Chakras will be clockwise, the natural spin direction of your Left Sole Chakras will be ANTI-clockwise. This is in accordance with the natural function of your Palm and Foot chakras. If you are born with a LEFT hand dominance, all of that will be reversed.

Right foot main chakra = “Coming and going, we keep you on your path.” Left foot main chakra = “I keep you on the spiral path so that you can re-learn the failed lessons.”

In a physical sense, the Foot Chakra is actually a split energy centre, with each half sitting in the ball of each foot. If you were to place your feet together, these centres would seem to combine and make a complete energy centre. However, regardless of whether the feet are physically next to each other, these split-centres, on each foot, are always linked and are always complete.

With the Sole Chakra blocked, all the areas of humanness get affected negatively. The individual poorly integrates with peers and loved ones and cannot understand other people’s point of view. Some types of destructive behaviours stem from an extensively blocked-up Foot Chakra.

Sole (right) Chakra

People tend to get a blocked up Foot Chakra when life gets a bit too much for them. The increase in mundane activity backs-up energy in the Foot Chakra because the individual is not used to clearing this increased amount of energy flow. Quickly, a sense of fear or anticipation can pervade, as the other higher centres begin to leak energy out into the aura. People experiencing the onslaught of this condition will report an increase in sensitivity all over the body. Exercise can help here to alleviate this condition, temporarily, but eventually this energy centre will have to be unblocked to permanently alter the condition. The other fix is to return to previous levels of mundane activity, which is undesirable because, if the individual is experiencing a growth in activity, it is likely that the person is ready to handle things on a more increased level.

A good healthy Foot Chakra will help you to more easily manifest things physically, as it is the transformer of your thought energy into the earth system. A good Foot Chakra will also help you to stay physically focused and on task throughout your day. If you are clumsy or fall frequently it is a sign that this chakra is not working well.Foot massages can help greatly here, as well as walking barefoot in the dirt or sand.

You can also pay special attention to kundalini yoga online – this practise has helped many over ages.

Genitalia Chakra

Do not mix this up with the Sacral Chakra. This one is something extra for followers of Cosmic Ordering. It is for your pleasure zones that go beyond the usual Sacral Chakra area, and takes you to a spiritual pleasure zone. The Genital Chakra needs, in many of us, more recognition, acceptance, attention, love and even, in some, healing, to receive and enhance the flow of life force from the spiritual Crown Chakra, through the visionary Third Eye Chakra, the expressive Throat Chakra, the empowering Belly Chakra down to the secure Base Chakra. In men, the compulsion for a man to demonstrate his masculinity.

Sometimes men acquire an attitude of sexual greed which needs repeated genital stimulation. Stroke the woman?s sacred sector, inner, belly-side vagina from pubic bone to orifice. Help her focus her full attention on her genitals so she can accept them and learn how they feel. Many times there will be burning or areas that are numb. Hold your fingers on that spot and encourage her to emote and rescript self-limiting decisions she remembers when you stroke her. Then she will, with great pleasure, respond to your stroke. She ejaculates. Amrita springs from its urethral font.

Knee (left) Chakra

It is located behind each knee. Knee Chakra is a misleading term, as there is one located in the back and ‘bend’ of the knee, as well as one just under the cartilage of the ‘kneecap’. Both these must be in harmony to work properly but often only one is dealt with by those not realizing there are actually two in there.

Main chakra contains a being in charge of monitoring the bodily functions and transmits the findings to the higher Self and All That Is. The knees are controlled by the kidneys.

The natural consciousness of the knees cover all aspects of fear, from being easily afraid of activities in life, to existential fear of life itself. This natural consciousness is what helps keep us alive. Fear of death and injury stops us from being self-destructive.

Willpower, another aspect of the knee, is an expression of the will to live and survive.

Brings in energy to maintain body joints. Joints are also chakra containers. Connects with every joint in the body. Contains the thought forms where you create your colours, and the form is solidified from the colours you choose. The dwelling place in our future lifetime where we are decorating with emotions, and it all flows together.

Knee (right) Chakra

The unhealthy expression of the Knee Chakras give rise to chronic fear of life situations and fear of death. There may also be an excess or deficient expression of willpower. Arthritis in the knee is the body?s way to provide strength, support. This can compensate for what one may not hold in consciousness. Outwards and well known expressions regarding willpower and the knee chakra:

Bend one?s knees (will) to a higher power, queen, or church, and when asking to marry.

Lock knees (will) when trying to stand strong, defiant. This is often seen in children or with an adversary. If you see this in someone and want to shift the energy, ask them to sit.

This is the point where the astral cord is attached or anchored.

Lower Heart Chakra

This Lower Heart Chakra, the chakra of unconditional universal love, is the first place where the energy completes itself. The Lower Heart Chakra is most activated in women and has to do with nurturing. The female breast is a source of sustenance for a baby, comfort for all, and a sexual attractant for a man. The Lower Heart Chakra governs the way we move forward.

Pink is connected to the Lower Heart Chakra – it is a colour that symbolises emotional healing & emotional balance. Uses multifaceted talents in a focused way; applies discipline to achieve independence. When anyone is observed in unconditional love, they are held within a space of compassion that exists within the beholder’s heart.

It is the sounding together of both upper and lower hearts that literally opens a gateway into a new dimension of consciousness. This portal has been described in literature as ?unconditional love?, ?infinite compassion?, or can be personified by Bodhisattva. It is pleasure, the enjoyment of life, and the expression of life in enjoyable fashions that nurture our convergence with this emerging portal of compassion within the universal heart.

Manipura Chakra

Also known as the Solar Plexus or Naval Chakra, this deals with the digestive system, liver, gall bladder, spleen pancreas and adrenals. You may be in need of relief from depression or poor memory. This card will help increase awareness, perception and understanding. Also stimulates the appetite.

Only the Root, Solar Plexus and Crown Chakra are able to access and receive energies from the Higher Self. Any other chakra can receive these energies only after they have been filtered through one of these three chakras.

This card will act against: acne, asthma, constipation, diabetes, diarrhea, digestive problems, eczema, fever, flatulence, hay fever, heartburn, haemorrhoids, hysteria, impotence, indigestion, insanity, liver problems, leprosy, loss of appetite, low blood sugar, lung ailments, nervous exhaustion, obesity, paralysis, piles, pimples, scabies, skin diseases, stomach problems, tuberculosis, urine stoppage, hair problems, & digestive tract disorders.

Tune your Solar Plexus Chakra by looking at the card whilst humming or singing or listening to the musical notes ?D? and ?E? This is related to your energy, assimilation and digestion. Can be used to help heal infections and to counteract the effects of poison.

Plus, never lose a chance to get more with kundalini yoga poses.

Soul Star Chakra

Acting as a transformer of energy, this chakra is our core essence and an aspect of the soul, stepping down the higher frequencies of the Stellar Chakra above it to slower frequencies our body accepts through the Crown Chakra.

When the Soul Star is not functioning properly, either too much or too little Cosmic energy enters the personal energy field. The Soul Star is also the filter which prevents toxins from entering our personal space. It is an agent for change, for the clearing out of old attitudes and obsessions, and for making a break with the past. This will energize the adrenal glands, the heart action and the reproduction system and acts as a diuretic – useful for clearing kidney stones.

It is a spiritual colour but also with practical overtones, associated with compassion, support and kindness. Fosters understanding and attracts the power of Cosmic forces.

Svadhisthana Chakra

Also known as the Sacral Chakra, the second of the primary chakras, this controls: ovaries, prostate, kidneys, bladder and sacrum. Located at the lower spine, at the level of the sex organs. When the Sacral Chakra spins to full velocity, all emotional dramas are ?spun off? to create complete clarity and peace. This chakra is said to correspond to the testes or the ovaries.

Increases confidence and joy; decreases loneliness and fatigue. This card is a respiratory stimulant: useful for weak lungs, asthma, consumption, emphysema, obesity and an under active thyroid (energises thyroid, sedates parathyroids). It relieves: spasms and cramps, increases milk secretion, corrects rickets and soft bones, osteoporosis, stimulates stomach and digestion, and relieves flatulence and distension, also stimulates the bladder, kidneys, liver and pancreas, try with epilepsy. It is valuable for: chronic kidney disease and gallstones, arthritis, gout and rheumatism during non-painful periods. Helps overcome fears and makes you more secure. Helps to develop self-assurance, freedom from limitation, creative endeavour, mental enlightenment, joy, proper assimilation and elimination. A crucial part of the Cosmic Ordering

Thymus Chakra
