Like many women, I had created trouble losing weight immediately after having kids. Ahead of pregnancy, I had for ages been very fit as well as trim, and could take practically anything I needed without having to worry about the effects (in terms of my hips). But how things have altered now! It seems that I am struggling for years to get rid of the last five lbs of extra fat which i gained during after i was pregnant. Almost all of that weight is targeted in my belly, providing me a very visible paunch that gets with respect to wearing sexy clothing. I clearly should add some abdominal fitness equipment to my program.
