Then gazing through this card, visualize the colour red being drawn up from the Earth through the soles of the feet to the various organs. Allow your own energy to flow from front to back. Notice what you experience. Release any non-beneficial energy down your grounding. A balanced Root Chakra leads to physical vitality.
Has control over: sensory nervous system, blood circulation, sympathetic nervous system and left cerebral brain. This chakra is located higher in the female body (between the ovaries) than it is in the male body.
Nose Chakra is the centre of expectorant energy.
The pingala channel is the carrier of solar energy. It is full of heat and drive. It begins on the right hand side of the Root Chakra and ends in the upper area of the right nostril.
The ida channel is the carrier of the cool and calming lunar energy. It begins on the left hand side of the Root Chakra and ends in the left nostril.
These two channels wind their way around the sushumna from the Root Chakra to the nose, meeting at the 6th chakra and polarizing each of the chakras in between, thus contributing to their spin. The Third Eye (forehead) Chakra belongs to the brain, face, nose, eyes, etc.
In the Old Path deck, this key is called ?The Witha RIGHT hand dominance, then the natural spin direction of your right palm will be clockwise, the natural spin direction of your left palm and left sole chakras will be ANTI-clockwise.
This is in accordance with the natural function of your Palm Chakras. The dominant right hand is more used for GIVING/sending energy, and is called the ?electric? hand, while to more passive left hand is the ACCEPTING hand, more used for drawing energy out of a structure. The left hand is called the ?magnetic? only. As a general rule, universal energy flows upward through our Sole Chakras and downward through our Crown Chakras, then out through our Palm Chakras. Probably the most important Chakra after the seven major Chakras is the Palm Chakra. Our Palm Chakras can become more and more sensitive over time. As you use them to scan your body or the bodies of other people, you will notice you are more easily able to detect energy imbalances or blockages.
These chakras transmit healing energy and receive energetic information from the universe. The palm chakras are used to channel healing energies to yourself and others and to receive impressions of the energy. Activation and awareness of these chakras makes a major difference in the quality of life. They can often be opened by intention.
Tne way to unblock a chakra is once you have a strong energy flow through your palm chakras and fingertips, place your hand over whatever chakra you feel needs more energy and relax. Direct the energy into the selected chakra for anywhere from 5-15 minutes. A warm or burning sensation in the chakra during and afterward, indicates the chakra is receiving the energy.
