If youre just beginning your yoga practice, dont be frustrated if you arent as strong or as flexible as the more advanced students. This type of flexibility is developed over time with continued yoga practice. If youre having trouble completing some of the poses, consider using props to help you reach the correct position. Using yoga props helps support the muscles and minimize strain so that you can continue practicing without injuring yourself.
